Deleting your data
With an account
It works the same whether you signed in with Google, Facebook, Discord or your email.
- Open Stikling at stikling.app and tap the gear at the top.
- Tap your account at the top of Settings, the row with your email.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, and confirm.
Your plants, photos and settings are erased from the Stikling server straight away, and Clerk deletes your sign-in. The database's automatic backups still hold a copy for up to 7 days, after which it's gone. You choose whether the device you do it on keeps what it has.
If you can't sign in any more, write to support@stikling.app from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted.
Stikling also shows up in the list of apps your Facebook, Google or Discord account has signed in to. You can remove it from that list in the account's own settings.
Without an account
Everything is on your device and nothing is on the server. Clearing the site data for stikling.app in your browser, or deleting the installed app, removes all of it.
The privacy page says what is kept and where.
